Hosoi Garden Mortuary, Inc. is a locally owned company proudly serving the Oahu community for over 120 years. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Office Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations for our Life Plan Office.
**Schedule**
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available)
**Key Responsibilities**
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Process payments and assist customers
Manage appointment schedules and support Sales team
Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects
Ensure a clean and welcoming office, including upkeep of common areas
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ months of customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
**Work Environment**
Professional office setting with regular computer use; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
